This morning. Great news right??? It wasn't that big, but fairly good size I think.
hahah stfu Ava?
Anyway I read on the internet about how vitamin c is really good for regular 'movements', so i simply took some before I went to bed and what do you know!? Went this morning! I figured I'd try it first before i have a small binge/up my cal intake. Mainly because (it's a bit OCD) But i know as soon as I up my intake it's very probable that i would freak out-think 'oh what the fuck' and binge and purge.
Speaking of Binges.
I am dying here. I have had so many cravings to just eat crap lately (this week- perhaps getting my rags (do any of you call it that, is or it an australian thing lol?))- mainly coconut rough and white chocolate raspberry bullets, and maybe some bread. I nearly fucked up today- got home from uni early home alone, and there was fresh bread, chocolate and icecream.
I JUST managed to resist, had a cup of green tea and locked myself in my room haha.
I don't know how much longer I can go on. My bulimic self is not used to so much restricting!!!! Considering a planned binge/purge tomorrow???????!?!!?!??! eeeeeeeep. I can see myself slipping up majorly!!!
Anyways tomorrow I'm working 9-5 (Did I ever mention that I work in a cafe on weekends?). I know wtf right. This means:
Coffee, hot chocolate, cheesecake, mudcake, moussecake, eclairs, vanilla slices, caramel slices, biscuits, rockey road.
Pretty much a binge eaters wet dream right here.
It is so easy for me to just grab something and eat on the job. MUST FUCKING RESIST.
Haven't managed to weigh myself yet either so not sure if the toilet stop helped. haha.
Thank-you for all your suggestions and well wishing for me to go to the toilet. HAHAHAH. I feel like I'm a two year old ahahahhaha.
What should I do about my binge urges?????
Congrats on the pooples! :) You make me laugh, girlie.
ReplyDeleteCreate a plan for tomorrow. Identify all the foods you're craving, and incorporate them to a reasonable calorie intake. For example, 200 cals chocolate, 100 cals cheese, etc... I do this and it really helps - you can have your cake and eat it too... just don't eat all of it!
Good luck hun, you're strong enough to do anything, now all you have to do is do it. xox
yeah vitamin c is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteand im really sorry but i dont think im the right person to be handing out anti binge andvice since i just had an epic one. :/
sorry...
omg darling i feel your pain. i just got my rags 2day and im dying! banana milshakes are calling out my name. eat something low cal and filling so that your not hungry for the high cal stuff. im gonna have some oats soon, they usually help. xo
ReplyDeleteGood work resisting temptation :) well done! & glad to know the vit C works wonders.
ReplyDeleteNow you need a plan... I don't know what will work for you but you do!
Try counting to 100? or diet coke? or filling up on a low cal soup? maybe let yourself have a slightly higher calorie meal to keep from bingeing? or if that would trigger you then try the opposite and do a liquid fast to gain control? Sugar free gum is good for sweet cravings and chewing urges, as is ice or frozen fruit. Brushing your teeth and distracting yourself with ANYTHING is always a good option.
I understand the work thing, I used to work in an italian style deli (sold coffee cakes, sweets, breads everything!) You've got to keep your hands busy- clean like there's no tomorrow. I used to find doing dishes really helped.
Keep going, you can do this!!!
VitC+Fiber=Regular crapping. It's why I love broccoli, it has epic amounts of both :D
ReplyDeleteZOMG FOOD PORN!! *Drools self to death* I've been eating crap food left, right and center since Sunday because of my rags :'( *Hugs*
I use spicy or strongly flavoured foods, or assloads of diet fizz and coffee to dampen my cravings. Just remember: Calories won't make you happy. You always feel worse after a inge than you did before.
*Huggles* Good luck, I hope you have a binge-free weekend! xoxo
Hang in there, hun!!You just have to try and distract yourself to keep from bingeing. And chug lots of warm water - that always makes me feel full and slightly nauseous. You've already got a strong will if you manage to work in that cafe without eating all the time!! I don't know if I could do it.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely and binge-free weekend! We can do it!!!
xXx
Om Nom nom nom! I love Tiramisu.. FML those pics look good! Good job holding back at home and at work. I used to work at Coldstone Creamry so I know the feeling I wanting to stick your fingers in the food then have an affair with your hands blahahaha. You're AMAZING! xooxoxox
ReplyDeleteWhenever I have a binge urge I either drink two glasses of water so I'm really full or I have some fruit. Breaking a calorie count because of fruit instead of something that isn't so good for you appeals to me more.
ReplyDeleteAAAHHHH i hate the pictures in this post!!!! :P that's some pretty damn good looking food!!!
ReplyDeleteEEEh, I really hope u don't slip. For some reason I wish for u to be able to say u did it, and not have to give in. You're doing well, hope u keep it up!
>crossing fingers<
Oh, and all i can suggest is have something gross in your mouth (like a bad cup of tea or something that doesn taste great) whenever u get an urge to eat. gOOD LUCK FOR WORK X
